Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Rentals run short or long term without a long term contract, and there is no bank or finance company involved. You deal with us directly.
What does per print actually mean?
You pay an agreed rate for each page the machine produces, mono and colour priced separately, billed on the meter reading. If you print very little in a month, you pay very little.
Is toner included?
On a per print agreement, yes. Toner and servicing are covered by the page rate. On a monthly rental we can either include consumables or supply toner as you order it.
How quickly can a machine be installed?
Usually within a few working days for a standard mono or colour multi-function device, subject to what is in stock. Tell us your deadline when you call.
Can you service a machine we already own?
Yes. We service and supply toner for machines we did not sell, including most mainstream photocopier and laser printer brands.
What if the machine breaks down?
Call the office and an engineer is booked in. Most faults across London are attended same day or next working day.
